很多时候在考虑到我们要选择什么型号的翅片管的时候，我们首先要知道，我们所需的翅片管的冷却容量，以及换热的面积，那么这些数据一般都是怎么得来的呢，今天就由翅片管厂家来给大家做个简单的介绍。一般要是人工算的话，还是比较难算的，现在我们基本都是借助计算机的程序去计算，一般我们都有专用的传热计算程序，可以准确的进行换热管的选型计算。在没有计算程序的情况下，我们也可以通过人工的方法去计算。我们只需要将换热面积按照以下3个分块进行叠加。

我们一般是按照换热器的内部容积去计算冷却容量，实际还是要看设备的结构。
